The following programs are for intact management teams wanting to as a group discover how to operate as authentic leaders. Each program includes some level of interviews followed by support customized to each group's needs.

"Discovering and Accessing Your Authentic Leadership"

Management Team Program (3-4 Days + Interviews)

This program takes our introductory and advanced programs and customizes them to an intact management team. In addition to covering the True North and Leadership at the Core workshop material, we address key issues and challenges the team has previously been unable to resolve or even discuss. We also develop a new contract with the management team, laying out how they will operate at a much higher level of honesty, authenticity and impact.

Leadership at Your Best "Accessing Your Strengths as a Leader"

How much of your time do you spend applying your real strengths at work versus dealing with all the other activities that fill your day? What would happen if everyone on a management team were to spend twice the amount of time they spend now doing what they are best at? How would that affect the organization’s business goals?

Management Team Program (2 Days)

In this program, the assumption is we each have times – as teams and individuals - when we operate at our best. Understanding what this looks like, the conditions supporting it happening, and what can be done to double the frequency of this occurring is a far better use of everyone’s time.
