Unique to the Authentic Leadership True North 360, this instrument offers an assessment of those attributes proven to be of highest value in leading organizations successfully through these challenging times: self-awareness, compelling purpose, clear values, empowering style, meaningful relationships and the self-discipline to get results.

The Authentic Leadership 360 also provides the opportunity for respondents to share examples of when the leader was operating at his or her very best, demonstrating the highest levels of motivation and capabilities.

You will have the opportunity upon ordering to identify by email address those colleagues whom you would like to complete the 360 on your behalf. We will then send the online assessment form directly to them and as soon as all of their assessments have been submitted, you will receive your 360 report.

Online 360 with customized automated report, self-help guide and two personal telephone coaching sessions: $1500

The coaching sessions provide clear steps for interpreting the data, creating personal authentic leadership development plans and linking them to specific business challenges and objectives. If you choose the coaching option, an ALI executive coach will be calling you as soon as all of your colleagues have submitted their completed assessments.
