Juan Mobili is a Senior Consultant for the Authentic Leadership Institute, a leadership consulting firm committed to creating leaders and organizations with a deeper purpose and the courage to transform their business impact.
Client work with the Institute has included Heineken and Thermo Fisher and Wharton, with additional work in the government, banking and pharmaceutical industries.
Juan is an executive coach and leadership development consultant who promotes vision, agile collaboration, dynamic talent development and integrity of execution as critical elements for reaching ambitious organizational goals. The impact of Juan’s work is visible in his work with global companies. He designs and delivers companies in Latin America, Europe, and the United States with customized senior team programs that focus on executing their business strategies, developing their next generation of senior leaders, and accelerating innovation and engagement.
His efforts in organization renewal and the articulation of new strategic platforms have elevated cross-functional alignment and dynamic execution for companies such as Nike, Disney, Hewlett-Packard, Coca-Cola, McDonald and Microsoft, among others.
In addition to this, Juan has also designed and facilitated one-of-a-kind events such as an annual conference for the executive and management teams of PAHO (the Pan American Health Organization, the Americas chapter of the UN’s World Health Organization), aimed at increasing leaders’ capacity to navigate complex organizational politics and cause meaningful and lasting change.
Juan is fluent in Spanish and English and is a professional writer and translator (Spanish, English, Italian, and Portuguese). He’s also published poems, articles, and translations in literary and business publications in Argentina, Spain, and the US. He was educated in Argentina and the US with an emphasis on Philosophy of Language and Social Anthropology.
As a result of this pursuit, Juan has developed his own brand of consulting and executive coaching providing leaders with the ability to develop a unique leadership identity, and leverage their capacity to inspire themselves and others to unleash their leadership potential.
