Daniel Martin, Ph.D., Senior Consultant

Daniel Martin is a Senior Consultant for the Authentic Leadership Institute, a leadership consulting firm committed to creating leaders and organizations with a deeper purpose and the courage to transform their business impact.

Client work with the Institute has included Thermo Fisher, with additional work in the government and pharmaceutical industries.

Danny has developed and led leadership training programs based on the art of Dialogue for more than twenty years with a wide range of clients, including the CDC, the American Heart Association, and multiple health and education groups.

His published work includes:

  • Modern Ethical Dilemmas,  in Grace and Truth, S. Africa, April 2012
  • ‘Dialogue and Spirituality,’ in Dialogue as a Means of Collective Communication, Banathy and Jenlink, eds., 2005

Danny is also co-recipient of the first ‘Great Work’ award, by the Environmental Consortium of the Hudson Valley Region of Universities and Colleges, 2012.

Daniel completed a B.A. degree in languages at University College Cork in Ireland, and a graduate degree at the Gregorian University in Rome, before completing his PhD in Ecology and Theology at Fordham, NY.

He is co-founder of the Berry Forum for an Ecological Dialogue at Iona College, New Rochelle and lives with his wife Ann in Cross River, NY.
