Cindy has over 30 years of work experience focused on helping individuals and teams become the best they can be to produce the results they need.
A sole proprietor of her coaching and training services since 1993, she has deep experience facilitating groups in the subject areas of leadership, performance management, coaching and communicating and presenting. As an executive coach, she is known as a corporate relationship sage in that she can help the most troubled teams and individuals get back to productivity quickly.
Due to her depth and breadth of corporate experience, Cindy brings a real world focus to all her customers to ensure practical application to “back-on-the job” situations. She has special expertise working with individuals in the technology, science and engineering fields. She is also an experienced “Train-the-Trainer” master facilitator. She enjoys numerous long-term customer and vendor relationships, including Advantage Performance Group, BTS, Brookings Executive Education, Washington University, and the University of Missouri-St. Louis.
Cindy’s experience includes the following industries: manufacturing, pharmaceuticals, information technology, healthcare, financial services, and utilities. A sampling of her clients include: GlaxoSmithKline, Xerox, Convergys, BJC Health Care System, Catholic Health Initiatives, Verizon, AT&T, Fannie Mae, Supervalu, Motorola Mobility, American Express, Edward Jones, Smith and Nephew, and Hewlett Packard.
Earlier in her career, Cindy was Manager of Executive Placement and Recruitment, and later Personnel Manager for Dillard Department Stores. She was a recruiting and training supervisor for Maritz, Inc. Cindy also opened and operated the Christian Hospital Women’s Center during her seven-year tenure at Barnes-Jewish-Christian Health System in St. Louis, Missouri.
Cindy holds a B.S. degree in Education and Psychology from the University of Michigan, and an M.A in Clinical Psychology from Central Michigan University. She recently received her 128-hour certification from the College of Executive Coaching and is a certified executive and personal coach. She is a fully Licensed Psychologist in the State of Missouri.
Cindy resides in the St. Louis, Missouri area and in her spare time she enjoys exercising, yoga, reading, golf and spending time with family and friends.
