Alph Keogh, Regional Manager - Europe

Alph Keogh is the European Managing Director for the Authentic Leadership Institute, a leadership consulting firm committed to leaders and organizations discovering their deeper purpose and having the courage to live it.

Client work with the Institute has included Heineken, Thermo Fisher and Unilever, with additional work in the high tech, banking and health care industries.

Alph is a learning and change consultant coach, moderator and speaker.  He has more than twenty years experience in the area of international executive education and change/leadership development. Beyond his work with the Institute, Alph's work has been featured in Business Week, The Wall Street Journal and numerous other publications.  He was a pioneer in implementing action learning on a global basis and has wide experience in the areas of emotional intelligence, employee engagement, change, communication, virtual teaming and cross-cultural management, and authentic leadership. He is a renowned storyteller and teaches executives how to integrate stories in their communication strategy and presentations. Possessing outstanding conceptual, design and delivery skills he works across a variety of industries and has led executive programs in more than fifty countries worldwide.

He is qualified in the use of a wide selection of analytical tools including the MBTI, FIRO-B and is qualified as a senior consultant in The Birkman® Method. 

Alph has consulted for many international organizations, including Allianz AG, Molnlycke Health Care, General Cologne Re, Disney Asia Pacific, Ramball A/S, Möller Automotive, KION, Boeing Corp, Siemens Energy, SEN, International Truck & Engine and Xperian and Kennametal.  He has served as adjunct faculty member at the Fachhochschule der Wirtschaft (FHDW) University of Paderborn, Germany where he taught on the MBA program.

Alph holds an Honours degree in Psychology from the University of London and a Masters degree in Systems Engineering (Intelligent Knowledge Based Systems) from the University of the South Bank in London.  An Irish citizne, Alph has a dual home base in both Dublin, Ireland and Munich, Germany.
