Lynne Camp, Senior Consultant

Lynne Camp is a Senior Consultant for the Authentic Leadership Institute, a leadership consulting firm committed to creating leaders and organizations with a deeper purpose and the courage to transform their business impact.

Lynne brings over 30 years of experience leading high-tech businesses.  For the past 15 years, she has served as Vice President and General Manager of global businesses at Hewlett-Packard, Agilent Technologies, Tektronix and Danaher Corporation. Lynne has a proven track record leading high performing teams that produce standard products, custom systems as well as services. In these roles, Lynne has had direct responsibility for R&D, Operations, Program Management and Marketing and she has led and coached teams and leaders throughout the US, Asia and Europe.

Client work with the Institute has included the laboratory equipment and oil and gas industries.

Lynne is focused on Leadership Development, Change Management and Executive Coaching. She is passionate about helping leaders thrive in challenging situations. Lynne is known for her ability to tackle a wide range of tough business problems and successfully lead large-scale organizational change. Skilled at setting strategy, she is a high energy leader that has quickly gained trust and aligned teams to deliver superior results. Her strong communication, presentation and interpersonal skills are additional assets.

Lynne was featured in the February 2004 Harvard Business Review article, “How to Have an Honest Conversation About your Business Strategy”. 

She holds a Master’s Degree in Engineering Management and a Bachelor’s in Mechanical Engineering, both from Stanford University. Lynne has spoken at Harvard and Stanford Business Schools and the Linkage Summit Conference. She is currently enrolled in the Hudson Institute of Santa Barbara, Coaching Certification program.

Residing in Portland, Oregon, Lynne enjoys spending time with her two adult children and her grandson. In addition, Lynne loves to travel, enjoys the outdoors and cooking gourmet food.
