Tery Gargiulo, Senior Consultant

Theresa (Tery) Gargiulo has over 20 years experience owning and operating an international agribusiness that grew, packed, sold and delivered fresh market produce all over the world. She helped develop the company from a start-up brokerage into a large corporation, with annual gross sales of $200 million, that was eventually sold to a Fortune 50 company. As the Director of Field Operations for Gargiulo Inc., Tery utilized her unique combination of technical and leadership skills to help ensure that the company’s diverse workforce grew and developed as quickly as the demand for Gargiulo produce.

Aside from her strong business acumen, Tery also brings a well-developed and extensive set of communication and leadership skills to the table here at ALI. After retiring from the produce business, Tery earned her Masters Degree in Psychology from Santa Clara University. She then went on to establish the Three Rivers Coaching Center and spent the next six years facilitating self-awareness groups and coaching a diverse clientele at all levels.

Tery’s uncanny ability to see what it is clients need in order to grow as leaders (even when it’s not readily apparent to the clients themselves) makes her a strong asset to ALI and a challenging yet rewarding coach. Her passion and clear vision has helped program participants gain clarity and motivation in implementing strategies to become happier, more effective people and leaders.
