Marilena Beuses, Senior Consultant
Marilena Beuses is an executive coach and serves as Senior Consultant to the Authentic Leadership Institute with responsibility for coordinating the development and delivery of leadership programs and executive coaching services in Latin America. In addition to her executive coaching services, Ms. Beuses has offered support to leaders in how to involve the organization’s best talent to maximize productivity, as well as the importance of creating powerful and meaningful interpersonal networks. She has facilitated Authentic Leadership Programs at Wharton’s Advanced Management Program and for corporate clients in both North America and South America.
She has over 15 years of professional experience working as a Human Resources executive with Fortune 500 companies in both Latin America and the United States.
Her career includes positions at Citicorp, where she was Human Resources Vice President, Compaq Computers, Detroit Edison – Chrysler, HAY Management Consultants, Monsanto Biogenetics, and PDVSA, the fifth oil company worldwide.
Ms. Beuses has been an executive coach for clients such as Microsoft, Hewlett Packard, Avaya, Ford Motor Company, NASA, Colgate Palmolive, Sara Lee, SC Johnson, Citibank, Pepsi Cola, and Armstrong.
Ms. Beuses graduated from Duquesne University with bachelor degrees in Psychology and Sociology. She received her M.B.A. at the University of Michigan and is also a certified coach through Coach University.
