Julia Sullivan, Senior Consultant

Julia is a Senior Consultant with the Authentic Leadership Institute, bringing over twenty-five years of corporate and consulting experience in strategy deployment, organizational change and leadership development.

Julia’s career started in operations spanning high tech, the automotive industry, and pulp and paper. She worked on the start-up and first 2 ½ year operation of a Japanese-American joint venture, high technology plant in Puerto Rico.  In the pulp and paper industry, she shaped the organizational design and developed a culture building selection and assessment process for a mill that has become an industry standard for mills in its class.

Julia designed and delivered organization design forums for cross-company global teams that achieved business objectives and built trusting working relationships in record time. Her work engages leaders on a global scale with both virtual and in-person delivery in APAC, EMEA, and South America.

Julia specializes in large-scale multi-stakeholder engagement.  Julia has facilitated 1000-person technology enabled meetings to provide fast cycle feedback to decision makers in a way that enlists broad support and concrete follow-up action for the collective vision that develops.
