Craig Rapp, Senior Consultant

Craig has worked for over thirty years as a senior executive in the public, for-profit and non-profit sectors, formerly holding the positions of City Manager in three cities, senior executive at a regional council of governments, vice president of regional consulting firm, and Director of Consulting for the International City-County Management Association.

Craig focuses on assisting individuals and organizations to "connect the purpose and the possibilities".  He has extensive experience as a facilitator, trainer and consultant, working with a wide range of organizations on leadership training, stakeholder engagement and complex organizational improvement efforts. Conducting over one hundred workshops and keynote addresses to state-wide and national audiences in more than thirty states, Craig addresses such diverse topics as: leading in difficult political environments, authentic leadership, performance excellence, service optimization, and living your true purpose. 

Craig holds a Credentialed Manager designation from the International City-County Management Association, has completed the Senior Executive Institute at the University of Virginia, and has a Master of Arts degree in Public Administration.
